Whitehouse ISD is dedicated to offering equitable and competitive compensation for every staff member, considering their specific job responsibilities and prevailing market trends. By creating a competitive pay framework, the district aims to attract, retain, and reward talented staff effectively. 

TEACHERS / MEDIA TECHNOLOGY SPECIALISTS

Master’s Degree: +$1,000
Doctorate Degree: +$2,000

• The above salary rates are based on 187 work days.
• Advanced Degrees: To receive the pay increase for advanced degrees as specified, the degree must be conferred, and the official transcript received by September 1 of the current school year. Employees whose degrees are conferred during a school year will not be eligible for the pay increase until the next school year.
• New Employees: New Employees with 20 or more years of experience will enter the district on step 20.
• State Base: Employees will not receive less than the State Base for their years of experience.
