RECORDS REQUESTS

TRANSCRIPTS can be sent electronically via email or Texas Records Exchange (TREx) or mailed via USPS.
TRANSCRIPTS and other records can also be picked up in person with proper identification.

PLEASE NOTE the FOLLOWING:
* A Student who is 18 years old should be the one to request documents. 
* Please allow at least 4 business days to complete your request. 
* Please be prepared to provide student's name (while attending WHS), date of birth, and last four digits of their social security number.
* Photo ID is required in order to pick up any student document. 
** A high school DIPLOMA is NOT a record that we will be able to provide **
